4 to 6 dashes aromatic bitters

1 tsp sugar (or sugar cube)

1.5 oz dry gin

0.75 oz lemon juice

0.75 oz simple syrup

3 oz Champagne

seven raspberries

7.5 mL raspberry liqueur

7.5 mL Crème de Cassis

10 mL simple syrup

25 mL lemon juice

50 mL vodka

Top with Champagne
